Service Description

A 360 wig is a wig that will allow you to wear your hair in a ponytail or down. There will be an extra $50 fee if you want this wig in an updo. I DO NOT do every type of updo. If you are requesting an updo please send me a picture 1st before booking, to make sure I can do the style. With this install, your hair will be braided down. The lace will be glued around your hairline. You can also wear this wig down if you like. Please be sure when purchasing your wig to make sure that it is a free part. 360 wigs that have only a 1/2 inch of lace will limit your options and you will not be able to pull it up. So please remember this when purchasing your wig. This service comes with a braid down, bald cap, knots bleached, plucking, install, and basic styling. If the hair on your lace is extremely thick, has a blunt hairline, or needs extensive plucking you will need to bring your hair in at least 2 days early. This will give us time to customize your unit for you. Although we do pluck every unit before a service, we may need extra time for extreme cases. If you are unsure please send a picture of your unit. Please be sure when purchasing your wig to make sure that the lace is not darker than your skin. It is better if the lace is a little lighter than your skin tone. If you bring in a wig with extremely thick white lace, jet black hair, or lace that is darker than your skin tone, there is nothing we can do to fix it. So please do your research if you choose to purchase lace from the beauty supply, Amazon, Aliexpress, etc. Sites and places like this often lie and will sell you anything. Cheap thick lace = cheap looking results. The best lace to purchase is HD or Swiss lace. You can also purchase a wig from us by clicking on the above link that says " click here for our wigs". Please note: If the hair on your lace is jet black or natural black the knots won't lift to the desired color. Natural brown will be a better option.


Cancellation Policy

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE STOP ARRIVING EARLY!!! I don't know how else to say this. Please show up AT THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. I will not stop working on a client to come open the door for you to let me know you made it early, or to answer any questions. My time with you, is with you, I am on a time-frame with each appointment and I don't like distractions. Respectfully, thank you. We only allow a grace period for clients whose appointments are between the hours of 11AM-5PM. Clients whose appointments are between those hours will be allowed a 15 minute grace period. Clients who are more than 15 mins late will need to reschedule. If we still have availability to fit you in, there will be a $30 late fee. If you are running behind call us IN ADVANCE to see if we can still fit you in. I will not risk running into another client's appointment and having them wait because you can't make it on time. All appointments from 5:00PM forward will NOT have a grace period. If you arrive late to an appointment after 5PM your appointment will be canceled and you will not be refunded. Deposits will not be refunded to a client that is more than 15 mins late or no shows. You must cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance to get your deposit back. To cancel your appointment before the 48 hour mark. Simply create a login, then go into your account. There you will see all of your bookings and will be able to cancel your appointment. The system will not let you cancel your appointment if it is within the next 48 hours. You must use the device you used to set the appointment so our system will recognize you. If you would like to reschedule your appointment, text me at 313-425-1688 and I will get back to you at the end of my workday. We advertise zero wait times and we do not like our appointments to run together. So, if you book a service, please note everything that you need in the add your message box, so we can schedule our appointments accordingly. If you forgot to add in your extra services while booking your appointment, call me, so I can edit your timeframe. DO NOT just show up expecting us to work whatever extra you need into the schedule. If you book in between two appointments and we cannot fit all of your desired services in, you will receive a call/text from us letting you know that we won't be able to fit in all of your services. We will offer you a different appointment time that works for the both of us.
