Service Description

With a 27 piece frontal small tracks and a frontal are glued on to give you a short cut look. We use a glue protector to protect your hair. This service includes a mold down, glue protector, stocking cap, install, cut, and style. Only book this service if you want a short look or if your quick weave requires clippers or a close cut. A 27 piece is a short cut that can be cut using a razor or clippers. Please send a picture of the style you are trying to get to the stylist you booked with. That way we can tell you the best hair to execute the desired style. If you would like to purchase hair from us, please click on the luxury hair tab. There will be an extra fee if your hair is too long or thick to mold down.


Cancellation Policy

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE STOP ARRIVING EARLY!!! I don't know how else to say this. Please show up AT THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. I will not stop working on a client to come open the door for you to let me know you made it early, or to answer any questions. My time with you, is with you, I am on a time-frame with each appointment and I don't like distractions. Respectfully, thank you. We only allow a grace period for clients whose appointments are between the hours of 11AM-5PM. Clients whose appointments are between those hours will be allowed a 15 minute grace period. Clients who are more than 15 mins late will need to reschedule. If we still have availability to fit you in, there will be a $30 late fee. If you are running behind call us IN ADVANCE to see if we can still fit you in. I will not risk running into another client's appointment and having them wait because you can't make it on time. All appointments from 5:00PM forward will NOT have a grace period. If you arrive late to an appointment after 5PM your appointment will be canceled and you will not be refunded. Deposits will not be refunded to a client that is more than 15 mins late or no shows. You must cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance to get your deposit back. To cancel your appointment before the 48 hour mark. Simply create a login, then go into your account. There you will see all of your bookings and will be able to cancel your appointment. The system will not let you cancel your appointment if it is within the next 48 hours. You must use the device you used to set the appointment so our system will recognize you. If you would like to reschedule your appointment, text me at 313-425-1688 and I will get back to you at the end of my workday. We advertise zero wait times and we do not like our appointments to run together. So, if you book a service, please note everything that you need in the add your message box, so we can schedule our appointments accordingly. If you forgot to add in your extra services while booking your appointment, call me, so I can edit your timeframe. DO NOT just show up expecting us to work whatever extra you need into the schedule. If you book in between two appointments and we cannot fit all of your desired services in, you will receive a call/text from us letting you know that we won't be able to fit in all of your services. We will offer you a different appointment time that works for the both of us.
