Service Description

Frontals have lace from ear to ear. Frontals usually come in the sizes of 13x4 or 13x6. If you want a more natural look, make sure you get a full frontal and not a T-part frontal. A full frontal will allow you to part anywhere on your front hairline. Your frontal will be customized to fit your face. This service comes with knots bleached, plucking, braid down, net, and basic styling. Your wig will be laid down using gel or spray in the front and will be sewn down along the back and sides. If the hair on your lace is extremely thick, has a blunt hairline, or needs extensive plucking you will need to bring your hair in at least 2 days early. This will give us time to customize your unit for you. Although we do pluck every unit before a service, we may need extra time for extreme cases. If you are unsure please send a picture of your unit to whatever stylist you book with. We also have wigs available for purchase. Cancellation Policy

Clients who are more than 15 mins late will need to reschedule. If we still have availability to fit you in, there will be a $20 late fee. Deposits will not be refunded to a client that is more than 15 mins late. You must cancel your appointment 48 hours in advance to get your deposit back. Deposits will not be refunded for cancelations made with less than 48 hour notice or no shows. You are able to reschedule/cancel your appointment as long as it's before the 48 hour mark. Simply create a login, then go into your account. There you will see all of your bookings and will be able to edit your appointment to whenever you like. You'll be able to cancel your appointment here too. The system won't let you cancel it if your appointment is within the next 48 hours. You must use the device you used to set the appointment so our system will recognize you. We advertise zero wait times and we do not like our appointments to run together. So, if you book a service, please note everything that you need in the add your message box on the next page, so we can schedule our appointments accordingly. If you forgot to add in your extra services while booking your appointment, please call the stylist, so they can edit your timeframe.
