Service Description

No leave out & no glue! Lace closures are usually 4x4, 5x5, or 7x7 sections in the front of your head. Your closure will be customized to fit your face. In order to book this service you must have a front hairline. This service cannot be performed on clients without a front hairline. This service comes with the closure knots bleached, plucking, braid down, net, and basic styling. This sew in requires a lace closure and 2 bundles. If you have shorter bundles (10, 12, 14, 16, 18 inches) two bundles are required. If you have longer hair (20 inches and up) three bundles are required. Extra charges for extra bundles and other add ons. Your tracks will be cut at the top to help the closure lay flat. Please do not relax your hair before getting this sew in. There will be an extra charge for piecing together cut up bundles. If the hair on your lace is extremely thick, has a blunt hairline, or needs extensive plucking you will need to bring your hair in at least 2 days early. This will give us time to customize your unit for you. Although we do pluck every unit before a service, we may need extra time for extreme cases. If you are unsure please send a picture of your lace. This sew in cannot be washed and re-tightened (a retouch) because once your braids grow out or your closure has moved, we will have to take it all down and redo the sew in. We also sell lace closures. You can click on luxury hair in the site menu to purchase a closure if you are unsure of what type of lace or closure to buy. If you bring in a closure with extremely thick white lace, jet black hair, or lace that is darker than your skin tone, there is nothing we can do to fix it. So please do your research if you choose to purchase lace from the beauty supply, Amazon, Aliexpress, etc. Sites and places like this often lie and will sell you anything. Cheap thick lace = cheap looking results. The best lace to purchase is HD or Swiss lace. With this sew in, you WILL NOT be able to wear the front up off your face or a ponytail. This sew in must be worn down. If you want to be able to wear a lace closure sew in up off your face or a ponytail at the top, you must book the glued down version of this service. On our website the glued down version is simply called a Lace Closure sew in.


Cancellation Policy

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE STOP ARRIVING EARLY!!! I don't know how else to say this. Please show up AT THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. I will not stop working on a client to come open the door for you to let me know you made it early, or to answer any questions. My time with you, is with you, I am on a time-frame with each appointment and I don't like distractions. Respectfully, thank you. We only allow a grace period for clients whose appointments are between the hours of 11AM-5PM. Clients whose appointments are between those hours will be allowed a 15 minute grace period. Clients who are more than 15 mins late will need to reschedule. If we still have availability to fit you in, there will be a $30 late fee. If you are running behind call us IN ADVANCE to see if we can still fit you in. I will not risk running into another client's appointment and having them wait because you can't make it on time. All appointments from 5:00PM forward will NOT have a grace period. If you arrive late to an appointment after 5PM your appointment will be canceled and you will not be refunded. Deposits will not be refunded to a client that is more than 15 mins late or no shows. You must cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance to get your deposit back. To cancel your appointment before the 48 hour mark. Simply create a login, then go into your account. There you will see all of your bookings and will be able to cancel your appointment. The system will not let you cancel your appointment if it is within the next 48 hours. You must use the device you used to set the appointment so our system will recognize you. If you would like to reschedule your appointment, text me at 313-425-1688 and I will get back to you at the end of my workday. We advertise zero wait times and we do not like our appointments to run together. So, if you book a service, please note everything that you need in the add your message box, so we can schedule our appointments accordingly. If you forgot to add in your extra services while booking your appointment, call me, so I can edit your timeframe. DO NOT just show up expecting us to work whatever extra you need into the schedule. If you book in between two appointments and we cannot fit all of your desired services in, you will receive a call/text from us letting you know that we won't be able to fit in all of your services. We will offer you a different appointment time that works for the both of us.
