Service Description

No leave out! Lace closures are usually 4x4, 5x5, or 7x7 sections in the front of your head. Your closure will be customized to fit your face. This service comes with the closure knots bleached, plucking, braid down, net, and basic styling. This sew in comes with two bundles sewn in. If you have shorter bundles (10, 12, 14, 16, 18 inches) two bundles are required. If you have longer hair (20 inches and up) three bundles are required. Extra charges for extra bundles and other add ons. Please do not relax your hair before getting this sew in. There will be an extra charge for piecing together cut up bundles. If the hair on your lace is extremely thick, has a blunt hairline, or needs extensive plucking you will need to bring your hair in at least 2 days early. This will give us time to customize your unit for you. Although we do pluck every unit before a service, we may need extra time for extreme cases. If you are unsure please send a picture of your unit to whatever stylist you book with. We also sell lace closures. You can click on luxury hair in the site menu to purchase a closure if you are unsure of what type of lace or closure to buy. If you bring in a closure with extremely thick lace, jet black hair, or lace that is darker than your skin tone, there is nothing we can do to fix it. So please do your research if you choose to purchase lace from the beauty supply, Amazon, etc.

Cancellation Policy

Clients who are more than 15 mins late will need to reschedule. If we still have availability to fit you in, there will be a $20 late fee. Deposits will not be refunded to a client that is more than 15 mins late. You must cancel your appointment 48 hours in advance to get your deposit back. Deposits will not be refunded for cancelations made with less than 48 hour notice or no shows. You are able to reschedule/cancel your appointment as long as it's before the 48 hour mark. Simply create a login, then go into your account. There you will see all of your bookings and will be able to edit your appointment to whenever you like. You'll be able to cancel your appointment here too. The system won't let you cancel it if your appointment is within the next 48 hours. You must use the device you used to set the appointment so our system will recognize you. We advertise zero wait times and we do not like our appointments to run together. So, if you book a service, please note everything that you need in the add your message box on the next page, so we can schedule our appointments accordingly. If you forgot to add in your extra services while booking your appointment, please call the stylist, so they can edit your timeframe.
