Service Description

With this sew in you'll leave out a section of your hair wherever your part is to cover the tracks. This sew in comes with a basic braid down, double tracking, and flat iron only. Your wefts are cut. Two bundles are required for this service, no matter what inches you have. If your hair is too long or thick for a basic braid down, extra charges will apply. Extra bundles and other add-ons are extra, this includes piecing together already cut up bundles. This sew in comes with a flat iron if you bring straight bundles. If you bring curly bundles, your leave out will be curled to match the curl pattern of your bundles. If you bring curly hair and want if flat ironed there will be an extra fee. Please buy straight hair if you want it straight. If not you will be charged to straighten out curly hair. If you want to be able to pull your hair up into a ponytail, that is a version of a vixen sew in and you must book a vixen sew in. The difference between a basic sew in and a deluxe sew in: The deluxe sew in comes with smaller braids, your tracks are folded over and sewn (in case you want to reuse the hair), and the deluxe comes with a basic style or cut.


Cancellation Policy

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE STOP ARRIVING EARLY!!! I don't know how else to say this. Please show up AT THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. I will not stop working on a client to come open the door for you to let me know you made it early, or to answer any questions. My time with you, is with you, I am on a time-frame with each appointment and I don't like distractions. Respectfully, thank you. We only allow a grace period for clients whose appointments are between the hours of 11AM-5PM. Clients whose appointments are between those hours will be allowed a 15 minute grace period. Clients who are more than 15 mins late will need to reschedule. If we still have availability to fit you in, there will be a $30 late fee. If you are running behind call us IN ADVANCE to see if we can still fit you in. I will not risk running into another client's appointment and having them wait because you can't make it on time. All appointments from 5:00PM forward will NOT have a grace period. If you arrive late to an appointment after 5PM your appointment will be canceled and you will not be refunded. Deposits will not be refunded to a client that is more than 15 mins late or no shows. You must cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance to get your deposit back. To cancel your appointment before the 48 hour mark. Simply create a login, then go into your account. There you will see all of your bookings and will be able to cancel your appointment. The system will not let you cancel your appointment if it is within the next 48 hours. You must use the device you used to set the appointment so our system will recognize you. If you would like to reschedule your appointment, text me at 313-425-1688 and I will get back to you at the end of my workday. We advertise zero wait times and we do not like our appointments to run together. So, if you book a service, please note everything that you need in the add your message box, so we can schedule our appointments accordingly. If you forgot to add in your extra services while booking your appointment, call me, so I can edit your timeframe. DO NOT just show up expecting us to work whatever extra you need into the schedule. If you book in between two appointments and we cannot fit all of your desired services in, you will receive a call/text from us letting you know that we won't be able to fit in all of your services. We will offer you a different appointment time that works for the both of us.
