We are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. There is an extra fee for working outside of our normal business hours. Our regular business hours a 9AM to 6:29PM. If your appointment start time is outside of these normal business hours there is an extra fee. If your appointment is on a Monday-Thursday that fee is an extra $70. If your appointment is on a Friday-Sunday that fee is an extra $80. There is also an $80 fee for appointments booked on a holiday.

No we do not take walk ins. You must book your appointment online. We do not take appointments over the phone. If you need help booking your appointment, you can give us a call and we will walk you through making an appointment.

For example you may see a partial sew in basic w/raw hair included. Select those services to add hair to your appointment automatically. Purchasing hair this way does not guarantee the length and inch will be in stock. That is why on every service we tell clients to click on the luxury hair tab. Hair purchased under the luxury hair tab has an up to date inventory of our bundles and lace.
